The speaker started the presentation, but I cannot hear any streaming audio. Why not? Do you have your speakers or headphones connected? Is your computer volume turned up? Is your speaker or headphone volume turned up? Is your Real Media or Windows Media player installed? (You should see the media graphic on the left side beneath the photo or speaker title. If there is a broken image there, your selected player is not installed.) In fact, other people are hearing the live event! All players may not start at the exact same time.
